Growing up I watched my father smoke 2 -3 packs of cigarettes per day. I was amazed at how such a small object could have such control over another person’s life. My greatest fear was that smoking would eventually kill him. It did. A few years ago, my father passed away from lung cancer.
I have been dedicated to helping people break this deadly habit. After watching my dad, as well as my family suffer, I am now even more focused in finding ways for everyone in the world to quit. Smoking not only hurts you… it hurts us all. Isn’t it time you took your life back?

Stop Smoking Programs:
Let’s talk to find out which Stop Smoking Program will be best for you to achieve your goals. Each session will include a hypnosis recording for private use in between sessions.
2 Hour Power Session: Stop smoking for good in just one session. This program is best if you have quit before or if you smoke a pack or less a day. You will walk out the session feeling relaxed and smoke free.
3 Week Reduction Program: Within 21 days you will be a non-smoker. This program works by cutting the amount of cigarettes down to ½ during the 2nd week and becoming a non-smoker in the 3rd session.
6 Week Gradual Release: This is a very effective program for those who smoke 2 to 3 packs a day for a long period of time, or for those that had a difficult time quitting in the past. We will start at 1 pack of cigarettes for the 1st week and then cut back the amount of cigarettes you smoke by 5. At the end of 6 weeks you will be a non-smoker without withdrawals or weight gain.
Smoking Cessation Fees:
Stop smoking packages are determined from your past addiction history and smoking frequency. You will be given a smokers profile and analysis questionnaire to determine your therapeutic needs. While hypnotherapy cannot offer guarantees on any of its treatments, I am proud to say that I have a 90% success rate with all of my committed clients who stick to their recommended stop smoking program.
All sessions will be recorded and emailed to you for download to your I-Pod or CD for daily personal use to break the habit and stay a non-smoker for life! You may choose from a package or do one session at a time depending on your need.
2 hours stop smoking – $275
This includes a 20 minute phone consultation for your smoking history before the session and a 20minute, no-charge follow up phone call for positive reinforcement.
3 week stop smoking – $395
This consists of 1 session/week to gradually reduce cigarettes and disassociate smoking triggers. The 1st session is 1 ½ hour with the following 2 weekly sessions at 1 hour.
6 week stop smoking – $795
This is for long-term, habitual smokers who need a very slow cigarette reduction to relieve stress. This package includes your 1st session at 1 ½ hours with 5 weekly sessions at 1 hour.
