Michele Guzy provides a 20 minute phone consultation at NO CHARGE to assess your therapeutic needs.
A minimum number of sessions may be recommended to create permanent lifestyle changes.
YOUR FIRST HYPNOTHERAPY VISIT:
Your 1st visit consists of cognitive discussion, the theory of mind and an in-depth analysis of your hypnotic suggestibility. We then review how hypnosis can access your subconscious programming to reach desired goals. Michele will create a comfortable, hypnotic state using inductions, deepening techniques, guided imagery, post-hypnotic suggestions for success and relaxation.
Subsequent sessions that follow will be incorporate behavior modification techniques with cognitive therapy to reach your goals. Each session will include hypnosis modalities customized to address the specific issues.
All suggestions that are given while under hypnosis are MP3 audio recorded and emailed to you for private use in between sessions for greater results. These recordings can be downloaded to your I-pod, to a CD or cell phone.

HMI enrolled students receive a discount rate of $95 per hour

30 Minute “Power Hypnosis Session” at $55

Speech Coaching & Mentoring for Hypnotherapists & HMI Grads by phone or Skype/Webcam.
(These sessions are to assist Hypnotherapists in private practice with various hypnotic skills and advice on clients. These sessions do not include hypnosis. It would also be a benefit to have my Master the Basics of Hypnosis Audio Training Program.)
